The event is always themed, which manifests itself in publicity, t-shirt designs, and sometimes even costumes. This year is themed after Super Smash Bros. Brawl, a popular video game featuring famous Nintendo mascot characters. All audience members also have the chance to enter an opportunity prize drawing that includes Magic Mountain and Disneyland tickets and a coupon for 50% off a KAPLAN test prep course. Please come witness this exciting event that the OC Register calls “One of the most enjoyable public events of the year.”

The annual Critical Theory Conference is here! It will take place this Wednesday (April 23rd) at the Student Center in Newport Beach Room C.
Three panels of undergrads will present their research on a range of topics in literature & critical theory. If you are interested in pursuing research in these areas or are currently doing research, come join us to listen, ask presenters questions, and participate in our discussion!
