I have lived in Southern California my entire life. I grew up in San Diego, CA, and I am a fifth generation San Diegan. I moved to Irvine when I became an anteater in 2003. I lived on campus in CHP housing for three of my four years as an undergrad. I first lived in Loma (Loma Love!), then in AV 1006, and during my fourth year I lived in Loma again as its Resident Advisor. With my degree in Information & Computer Science, I had a job waiting for me when I graduated. I worked for a company called Javaground, Inc. as a Game Developer. Javaground makes cell phone games, and I worked on "Stewie's Arsenal", "Mutant Insect Attack", "JEOPARDY! Deluxe", and "Rock & Roll JEOPARDY!", to name a few.
I could not stay away for long though, and I am now back at UCI with the CHP once again. As Honors Advisor, it is my hope that students will feel a strong sense of community, in addition to the academic benefits that come from being in the CHP. My door is always open, and I enjoy spending time getting to know students. So feel free to drop by, even if you don't have a question!
A little bit more about me: My favorite sport is soccer, though I enjoy almost all outdoor sports and activities. I edit and produce videos in my spare time, and I am always looking for new ideas and projects. And for those Disneyland fans out there, I do have an annual pass, so hit me up if you want company at the Happiest Place on Earth!
I look forward to meeting you soon!
