List of Possible Research/Thesis Courses

These are most of the courses that are available to use when working on your research/thesis. And you should enroll in something -- you are doing the work! These courses allow you to get credit for your research/thesis experience (units and grades) and the credit reflected on your official UCI transcript. If you cannot locate a suitable class, talk to your academic counselor or one of the Honors Advisors. Some of these courses require forms to be signed and filed or special authorization.

Courses approved for upper-division writing are indicated by a “W” suffix.
