	Peer Mentor Application Being a Peer Mentor is a commitment to interact with your mentees throughout the year. In the spirit of this commitment, we list the following requirements of Peer Mentors: Contacting mentees at least once a quarter Meeting with the Peer Mentor Coordinators during 3rd or 4th week of fall quarter Attending the CHP Orientation Peer Mentor event during Welcome Week (Date & Time: TBA) Attending Peer Mentor Program events throughout the year (at least 1 per quarter) Encouraging mentees to attend Peer Mentor Program events Applications are due by Friday, May 30th at 5pm
