Peer Mentor Coordinator
Alejandro Komai
|
Hello, my name is Alejandro Komai, one of your three Peer Mentor Coordinators. I
hail from Pasadena and am a fourth year Mathematics/Economics double major. My
interests include programming events for NAR, attending those exciting CHSC
meetings (every other week on Wednesdays at 5 in the Locus woo!), and distracting
people with a yearly Variety Show. I'd advise you to meet as many CHPers as you
can.

Karun Gogna

Hello fellow CHP students. My name is Karun Gogna and I'm a third year Biology
Major, planning on specializing in Developmental and Cell Biology. I'm a local student
from Pasadena who enjoys playing sports, hanging out with friends, and listening
to the musical stylings of Kanye West. If I had any advice to give to the incoming
CHP class I would tell all of you not to worry. You're all here for one reason - you've
earned it. Just stay focused, don't stress out, and have some fun along the way.

Kayla Xavier
|
Hello everyone! My name is Kayla Xavier and I am a second year at UCI. I was undeclared
for my entire first year and just recently declared Criminology, Law, and Society
as a major. I grew up in Cypress, CA and I currently commute from there to UCI.
I love to dance, play guitar, basketball, and tennis, travel, swim, sing, and go to the
beach. I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of CHSC as Commuter Representative
and Peer Mentor Coordinator. UCI is a beautiful campus just brimming with opportunities
and friendly people to help you out along the way! Don't be shy to explore
and never be afraid to try something new! I can't wait to meet and work with many
of you !
